The Fullerton Guarantee

What is your return policy?

At Fullerton Guitars Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product in its original condition within 14 days from delivery date for a refund. Returns recieved back after 14 days from delivery date will not be accepted. We do not do exchanges. You may return for a refund and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased items are in their original condition
  • Purchased items are not on clearance 
  • Original packaging mus be included
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

What happens if my shipment is refused/cannot be delivered?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Fullerton Guitars Inc., and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, shipping and handling. Customers will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

What do I do if the products are defective?

As long as your item is covered by the legal warranty or the warranty of Fullerton Guitars Inc., then you can send damaged or defective items back to us within 12 months. We'll in turn, provide you with an already paid return label to keep you form paying extra costs.

Please keep in mind that aside from the reported damages, any item you plan to return must be in its original condition and without signs of wear and tear or further damage.

How do I update my account information?

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the "Account Information" link to update your account information.

 Can I return my package from overseas?

We advise all our international customers to refer to your packing list for international return instructions. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with our customer support at support@fullertonguitars.com 

What do I have to do to return my items?

Step 1: Send an email to support@fullertonguitars.com with order receipt.

Step 2: Repackage items, include the order receipt, and post package to:

Abuse of return privileges

The goal of our return policy is to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. However, we may reserve the right to restrict or suspend return privileges for customers who attempt to abuse our return policy at our discretion. Such actions could include requesting excessive returns or attempting to return older items on multiple occasions, etc.
